We are inviting those who want to extend their “Portfolios”. You are allowed to participate in both categories and you may send in more than one “Portfolio”.

Terms and conditions:

“Web Design Competition”

1. You may choose your own theme as long as it is acceptable. You can get the information via the Internet and you may also create your own logo, tagline, etc.

2. You may use any software to do it.

3. You may use 20% of Flash Content (Optional).

4. The website container must be a width of between 940 pixels to 980 pixels, catering for the average 1024 X 768 user.

5. Marks are given based on:

a. Creativity

b. Originality (copied designs will be disqualified)

c. Design Cleanliness

d. XHTML/CSS Validity

e. Application of Web 2.0

6. The Full Website must be burned onto a CD/DVD before submitting it to our committee.

7. Do not forget to attach your name, ID, phone no, email address, category and the CD/DVD.

8. DUE DATE: 15/02/2009

“Banner Design Competition”

1. You may choose your own theme as long as it is acceptable. You may create your own logo, program details such as date, etc. (like the usual program banners).

2. You may use any software to do it.

3. The banner must be 1080 x 432 pixels.

4. Marks are given based on:

a. Creativity

b. Originality (copied designs will be disqualified)

c. Design Cleanliness

5. You must provide the source of your design (Photoshop, illustrator etc) to prove its originality.

6. You must submit the “Source” and “JPEG” converted image that must be burned onto a CD/DVD before submitting it to our committee.

7. Do not forget to attach your name, ID, phone no, email address, category and the CD/DVD.

8. DUE DATE: 15/02/2009
